KVK Koerner Tank Installation

Project Overview
AMS partnered with KVK Koerner to install two 80,000 lb process tanks at a galvanizing facility in Denver, North Carolina. The project required precise coordination, controlled lifting, and experienced execution to safely place critical equipment within the plant.
The Challenge
Installing large-scale process tanks inside an active industrial environment comes with zero room for error. The weight, size, and sensitivity of the equipment required detailed planning, proper rigging configurations, and careful maneuvering to ensure safe placement without disrupting surrounding operations.
Our Approach
AMS developed a lift plan tailored to the site conditions and equipment specifications. Our team coordinated crane selection, rigging setup, and on-site logistics to ensure a smooth and controlled installation process.
With experienced operators, certified rigging crews, and proper lift execution, we were able to safely handle and position both tanks with precision.
The Result
Both 80,000 lb tanks were successfully installed on schedule and without incident. The project was completed safely, efficiently, and to the exact specifications required by KVK Koerner and the facility.
