Project Overview

AMS provided support for the Two Kings Casino development in Kings Mountain, North Carolina, one of the largest and most complex projects in the region. Working alongside the general contractor, mechanical contractors, and multiple trades, AMS provided coordinated support including crane service, rigging, and daily project execution.

 

The Challenge

With a project of this scale, the primary challenge has been managing logistics across multiple trades, tight construction schedules, and the coordination of hundreds of equipment deliveries. Limited space, constant activity, and evolving timelines require precise planning and real-time adaptability to keep the project moving efficiently.

 

Our Approach

AMS deployed long-term crane rentals, including a 330-ton crawler crane, along with full-time rigging crews, lift directors, and on-site coordination teams. Our crews worked daily with all trades to manage lifts, equipment placement, and logistics, ensuring seamless communication and execution across the jobsite.
