Project Overview
AMS is supporting the $900 million Two Kings Casino development in Kings Mountain, North Carolina—one of the largest and most complex projects in the region. Working alongside the general contractor, mechanical contractors, and multiple trades, AMS provides full turnkey support including crane service, rigging, and daily project execution.

The Challenge
With a project of this scale, the primary challenge has been managing logistics across multiple trades, tight construction schedules, and the coordination of hundreds of equipment deliveries. Limited space, constant activity, and evolving timelines require precise planning and real-time adaptability to keep the project moving efficiently.

Our Approach
AMS deployed long-term crane rentals, including a 330-ton crawler crane, along with full-time rigging crews, lift directors, and on-site coordination teams. Our crews work daily with all trades to manage lifts, equipment placement, and logistics—ensuring seamless communication and execution across the jobsite.
By integrating crane service, rigging, and project coordination, AMS provides consistent support throughout all phases of construction.

The Result
The project remains successfully ongoing, with AMS delivering safe, efficient execution and maintaining strong working relationships with all contractors on site. Our ability to provide consistent manpower, equipment, and coordination has made us a key partner in keeping the project on schedule.
